Chocolate Fountain Information

• The motor has been specially designed around 240v power ensuring long life and reliability.

• The fountains are made from highly polished 304-food grade stainless steel on all components. Other units use high-grade stainless steel, which does have a tendency to rust.

• The CF2000 chocolate fountain can be used as a medium or large fountain by means of a 2-part corkscrew. The auger is also made from 304 highly polished food grade stainless steel. An extension piece is also added to the centre column and adjusting tiers. This enables the unit to become more flexible and eliminates the need to buy two fondues. This also means that you can fit it in to any size dishwasher with ease, unlike most fountains that have the large one piece augers which will not fit into any dishwasher, making cleaning more difficult.

• These are the only fountains in the world to have a removable base bowl with a unique locking system. This makes cleaning fast and easy.

• For safety reasons and to comply with EEC electrical legislation the fountains have a removable power cord. This is also to prevent damaged caused during transit. Other units have fitted cords, which in time can become dangerous as constant handling can loosen and expose wires.

• The chocolate fountains have fitted flush on-off switches plus flush fuse housings. This is mainly for cleaning reasons. It was found that the knobs and dials became dirt traps encouraging bacterial build up and were also vulnerable to damage in transit.

• The chocolate fountains have a digital control panel for more precise temperature monitoring; the old style thermostat was unreliable and difficult to clean.

• Copper is the perfect heat conductor and therefore the chocolate fountain has 1MM thick copper as a plated bottom of the basin for an even heat distribution maintaining a constant temperature. It also prevents hot spots occurring thus burning the chocolate. This makes the fountain ideal for professional chocolatiers

• The base can be used without the fountain attachment that makes it ideal for chocolate and pastry work. Then for the evening you can replace the fountain attachment and you have the perfect centrepiece for any occasion.

For how long? Every chocolate fondue fountain comes with a 2-year parts and 1 year’s labour (UK only) warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty becomes void if we don't receive the completed registration form within 10 working days from the original date of purchase.

What we do for you. If your chocolate fondue fountain is defective or you are not totally satisfied with the quality of our workmanship you may return it within 10 working days of purchase date and we will replace your fountain or give a full refund. How ever if returned beyond 10 working days we will repair or replace your fountain at our discretion. Please note all shipping costs to and from manufacturers of place of service will be met by the customer. In some cases we may send parts by post.

Limitations. Implied warranties including those of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability are limited to the period the first purchaser owns the product. We are not liable for time lost, inconvenience and loss of use of your chocolate fondue or property damage caused by failure to operate or any incidental or consequential damage.
